If you have made a payment but did not receive an email or SMS confirmation, it is possible that the transaction failed. Once we confirm that the order has failed, we will process your refund automatically. While we aim to process refunds within 3-5 business days, it may take up to 7-10 working days (or longer in some cases) for your financial institution to credit the amount back to your account.
If an event is cancelled and you purchased the pass through Actopass using our payment gateway, Actopass will initiate a refund, subject to certain conditions.
Third-Party Purchases:
If you purchased a ticket through a third party (e.g., event organizer team members), Actopass is not liable for refunds.
Individual Cancellation Requests:
For cancellations initiated by users due to personal reasons, Actopass is not liable for refunds. Users must contact the event organizer directly for such requests..
Once tickets are booked for any event, users cannot request refunds or cancellations through Actopass. Refund requests must be directed to the event organizer and their team.
Event Postponement:
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, Actopass will initiate a refund process for tickets purchased through the Actopass platform.
1. Refunds are applicable only for tickets purchased directly through Actopass.
2. Actopass reserves the right to decline refund requests for tickets purchased outside the platform. Any decisions made by the event organizer and Actopass management regarding refunds will be final and binding.
3. Once an event has commenced or concluded, ticket refunds will no longer be processed.
If you discover that you have been issued fake or unauthorized tickets, you may have fallen victim to fraud. In such cases:
• Actopass bears no responsibility or liability for fraudulent activities committed by unauthorized third parties.
• We recommend filing a police complaint or First Information Report (FIR) at your nearest police station to address the fraud.
Refund Timeline Exceptions:
In certain cases, refund processing times may vary due to:
• Bank holidays
• Payment gateway processing delays
• Technical issues beyond our control
