All rights to the platform, including its content, trademarks, and design, are either owned by Actoscript or appropriately licensed. Users may access and use the platform only for personal and non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of the content is strictly prohibited.

User Responsibilities

1.    Eligibility: By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 15 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
2.    Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Ticket Purchases and Event Policies

1.    Event Information: Event details such as date, venue, and pricing are provided by third-party organizers.
2.    Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the event-specific terms.
  •  If an event is canceled, refunds (if applicable) will be processed by the event organizer in accordance with their policies. Actoscript is not liable for delays or disputes.
  •  For tickets with cancellation protection, users are entitled to refunds as per the conditions outlined in the cancellation policy.

3.    Transfer and Resale: Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly permitted. Unauthorized resale may result in ticket invalidation and legal action.

Pricing and Payment

1.    Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, digital wallets.
2.    Pricing: Prices are determined by event organizers/vendors. We do not guarantee the availability of specific prices or offers.
3.    Security: Payment transactions are processed through secure gateways. We do not store payment information.

Delivery of Tickets and Products

1.    Digital Tickets: You will receive a confirmation via email/SMS. Entry to events may require presenting the digital ticket or a printed version.

Copyright and Trademarks

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is protected by copyright laws. Trademarks used on the platform are the property of Actoscript or respective licensors. Unauthorized use of trademarks or content is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Actoscript provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:
1.    Errors or inaccuracies in event or product information.
2.    Failures, delays, or disruptions beyond our control.
3.    Losses or damages arising from unauthorized use of your account.

Modification of Terms

Actoscript reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts governing the area of your residence.
